A Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation truck loads material at the Ministry of Works’ Tapana quarry in Valencia, from where an estimated $24 million per year is allegedly being funnelled out to members of a Jamaat as payback for election support in the 2002 general election. The quarry is manned by men dressed in Muslim garb.
