Development tenant Sandra Maharaj shows a lease
document purported to have come directly from the
NHA, yesterday. The Couva project was thrown into
the limelight by Housing Minister Keith Rowley on
Tuesday. He claimed the Government was not making
any money from the deal. However, tenants yesterday
said money for all of their transactions were being
paid directly to the NHA.
