Security risk

Clad in full Muslim wear, the mother of the 12-year-old girl jointly charged with four other people, among them three Venezuelans, stands outside the Siparia Magistrate’s Court after she was refused entry. The woman, dressed in black gown, black gloves and veil, was deemed a security risk by the magistrate.
