Raging waters

Workers leaving the Centre for Socially Displaced Persons, Riverside car park, Port-of-Spain, get a bird’s eye view of the raging waters rushing down the East Dry River yesterday. After half an hour of rainfall yesterday afternoon, the EDR broke its banks and flood waters gushed through several key areas in and around Port-of-Spain.
