Flood rage

After Sunday’s fatal floods in which a Port-of-Spain woman drowned, fresh rains sent the Cipero River spilling over its banks in San Fernando yesterday. A man takes his chances crossing a flooded bridge. A four-man ministerial team yesterday toured several areas still reeling from the weekend’s heavy downpour.
