Organisers of the Trade and Investment Convention say that close to 1,000 people have visited TIC since it opened to the business community on Monday.

A significant number of those visiting the Convention are interested in special Pavilions showcasing goods and services from Curaçao, Mercosur (Brazil & Argentina), and China, as well as large displays from Austria, Costa Rica, Belize, and at least 15 other international companies.

A comprehensive range of products is on show, from industrial machinery and equipment from China, to locally made appliances, and even exquisite carved decorative fruits from the Kingdom of Thailand.

Organisers say that TIC is unique in span, making the Convention an ideal opportunity to for buyers and distributors to network with peers in a wide range of industries.

The convention, hosted by the T&T Manufacturers’ Association, RBTT and TIDCO, continues until tomorrow.
