Jamaat al Muslimeen leader yasin abu Bakr is to face a new jury for murder conspiracy charges after Justice Mark Mohammed ordered a retrial in the Port-of-Spain High Court yesterday. Bakr, seen leaving the court with supporters after the ruling, is charged with conspiring to murder two expelled members of the religious organisation.
