is about to bail out BWIA one more time, probably
to the tune of US$109 million. The question is: will
this change BWIA? Fundamentally, No. Unless there
is a radical transformation of BWIAs leadership
and culture, the organisation will continue with more
of the same leadership style and approaches,
and that does not forebode well for the airlines
viability...
