Seems that wherever the Trini goes he leaves his mark. Unfortunately too often his mark is garbage. Any open space is a potential garbage dump. And that is where the banks of the Upper Caura River is headed as people dump their plastic and glass bottles, paper cups and plates, and other rubbish after a river lime. As if to say “Trini was here!”
