Flood on Broadway

Gushing waters lifted manhole covers along Broadway, Port-of-Spain, yesterday, after torrential rain brought the usual flood waters in the city. Rain throughout most of yesterday caused flash flooding in several areas in Port-of-Spain and throughout Trinidad.
