“It was never a dream, but I always enjoyed watching my cousin trim clients,” said Ecliffe Reynold St Rose of Ideal MetroSexual Image, located in Divine Image Centre, Deigo Martin.

“It has been sixteen years and I am still loving it.”

St Rose started his venture while in school, after his cousin encouraged him. He practiced on family, friends and neighbours.

He said, “They were my guinea-pigs. With all the cuts and zugs, they still kept coming.”

Through trial and error St Rose has developed the art of cutting and his client base has grown substantially over the past years. He is a cut above the rest, for his passion has taken him to many places and each time all his clients have followed him.

“I see it as a way to be creative. With my clients’ head as my canvas, I go into my artistic mode, creating satisfying images.”

Employee retention tip

After finding out why they want to leave; for people leave for various reasons, I would see

how best I can assist

depending on my capacity.
