Letter
to Cheryl Wright
Once again, you have reached inside my very soul and put
words to my very feelings and thoughts.
I actually started to sing the song Secret Love (Reveal
your Secret Love in the February 17 issue of WomanWise).
Again, it is as though you were inside my head and heart
listening every second. I found myself looking around my
office wondering if anyone could see my tears.
Thank you. You are truly an excellent writer above all,
a godsend. I feel that your column is here for a reason
and I selfishly think it is for me and mine.
My daughter and I enjoyed and discussed your last column
(Banish mediocrity in the February 3 issue) of settling
for a mediocre.
Thank you so much for your words. God bless you and your
family a million fold.
Wendy
Letter to Donna Baptiste
I just wanted to say thank you for the wise advice you give
to the readers of your column.
Your column on helping parents deal with teenage pregnancy
in the February 10 issue) spoke to me on so many levels
and hopefully one day, when I too become a parent, I will
be able to look back on these moments and remember that
having patience, understanding and a non-judgemental attitude
towards others can go such a long way.
Best Wishes,
Helena van Lare
