age 92 died on Friday 29th February, 2008 at Corpus Christi
Home, Observatory Street, Port of Spain. She was the daughter
of Louis Bertrand and Victoria Thomas, The wife of Philip
Leung, deceased. Sister of Louis Gilman, Nora, John Oswald,
Joseph McDonald, George LeHunte, Albert Benjamin, Ferdinand
Dwight and Stella all deceased. She is survived by one sister,
Elaine Belle Hussen and nieces and nephews of the Thomas
and Rochard families. The funeral Liturgy will take place
on Wednesday morning at 9am at the Church of the Assumption,

CHANDLER: Francis (Frank) of the Soroptimist Home,
Gopaul Lands, Marabella. Born 30th May 1914 in Barbados
died February 29th 2008 at the Augustus Long Hospital, Point
A Pierre at the age of 93. Son of Elliott (Cannon) and Euphemia
Chandler of St.Joseph Barbados. He was the Husband of The
late Doris Chandler, Nee Wells of St.Lucia. Father of Christopher
and Andrew Chandler. Father in law of Lisa and Debra Pantin-
Chandler. Grandfather of Vaughn, Kyle, Rhonda and Alize.
Brother of Cecil, Enid, Pauline, Hutson, Pearl, Oscar and
Hilda all deceased. Relative of The Chandler, Weatherhead,
Hatch, Bayne, Meyers, Ho Kong King and Carrington families.
The funeral service for the late Frank Chandler will take
place at 11am on Wednesday 5th March, 2008 at St.Peter’s
Anglican Church, Concord Road, Pointe-A-Piierre and he will
be laid to rest in the Church Cemetery. No flowers by request.
