Roman Catholics in T&T will celebrate the feast of Corpus Christi tomorrow.

Highlight of the observances will be the annual procession of the Blessed Sacrament from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Port-of-Spain, around part of the Brian Lara Promenade and back to the Cathedral.

A similar ceremony will be held at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Harris Promenade, San Fernando.

Parish groups, complete with their banners, from the northern and surburban vicariates are expected to take part in the Holy Mass and procession, as well as contingents of Scouts, Cadets and Girl Guides.

A release said yesterday that secure parking would be available at the Cathedral’s car park, between George and Nelson streets.

Holy Mass will begin at 8.30 am in the forecourt of the Cathedral.
